Our service modules,

  • Project Quality Management,
  • Field Quality Control Management,
  • Supervision and Supervision
  • Additional Service Packs.

The purpose of the information shared here is to help you decide at what stage, with which service items and when to start Inspection, Inspection and Surveillance activities. Following the formation of a general framework, we will be waiting for your invitation to answer your requests and questions and produce solutions together with our relevant and authorized managers...

Project Quality Management module,

It aims to establish, develop, activate and keep the quality management system in operation during the period from the design phase of the project to the delivery phase. The ultimate goal is to bring the project to its goal by keeping the various processes within the project activities in a beneficial, efficient and effective condition. Some of the mentioned processes are design, purchasing, material acceptance, assembly and construction activities. Project risk analysis, procedures, quality plans, inspection and test plans, supplier audit plans are prepared in this module.

Within Project Quality Management, TÜV SÜD assigns a person to act as Project Quality Manager and quality engineers, the number of which is determined according to needs. Audits and interim controls of suppliers and vendors are also handled in this module. Contracts and contract annexes of suppliers and vendors are checked for compliance with technical specifications, standards, regulations and legislation. Inspection and test plans (ITP) are reviewed, if not, they are created. In general, it proceeds with the following plan.

  • Inspection-monitoring of the qualifications and capacities of the contractors during the tender preparation stage or during the production,
  • Inspecting the production of machinery manufacturers in production facilities, performing inspections and tests of productions according to ITP or supervising the tests,
  • Performing or supervising pre-shipment assembly controls and performance tests of completed machinery manufacturing,
  • Supervising the packaging, loading and unpacking stages of the products to be shipped,
  • Control of CE certificate requirements and preparation of declarations of conformity,
  • Supervision of the infrastructure and superstructure works (construction, electricity, installation) of the areas where the machine will be assembled according to ITP, reviewing the projects (Interface Engineering Service).

Field/Site Quality Control Management module,

It ensures that the tests, inspections, controls and audits are planned and performed based on the documents (Technical specifications, Standards, ITP, etc.) determined, documented and accepted by the parties, which will be carried out in each discipline in the field/site. For field or site activities, field or site quality control teams are formed by supplying personnel from local or international sources. The most reasonable solutions are presented to the management by researching the country conditions on how and by whom the tests will be carried out.

Supervision and Control module,

In this module, solutions are produced for quality-related problems coming from the field and the customer. The operation of the system planned and implemented in the first two modules is constantly monitored, the performance and efficiency of the personnel in charge are monitored, and the management is warned when necessary.

If only the Supervision and Supervision module is preferred, the scope can be detailed as follows.

  • In case the scope of the other two modules is done by the customer, providing staff, evaluation, review, interview works,
  • Examining the technical procedures prepared by the contractor companies and giving opinions
  • Examining the quality plans prepared by the contractor companies and giving opinions
  • Examining the construction site quality management and quality control organizations of the contractor companies, auditing their qualifications
  • Supervision of assembly stages
  • Audit of quality control activities
  • Establishing a "Document Delivery Procedure" between the contractors and the Employer and determining and monitoring the documents and documents that must be kept in the facility completely at the end of the work.
  • Document tracking: Updating the project document index
  • Planning, supervision and monitoring of the organization of “Welding Method Tests”, “Welding Procedures”, “Welder Qualification Tests”
  • Inspection and inspection of non-destructive testing personnel, practices, equipment
  • Inspection and inspection of heat treatment equipment, applications and personnel
  • Monitoring and inspection of non-destructive testing and heat treatment studies, reports and results
  • Weekly reporting on field quality control activities
  • Recording the detected nonconformities (NCR) and following up
  • Carrying out monthly quality meetings with contractors and presenting the results as reports

Additional Service Packs module;

It is recommended to support the Supervision Module in order to ensure that the field studies proceed more reliably and in accordance with the project schedule, without interruption. In this module, non-destructive inspections of piping (gas lines, hydraulic installations, water/steam lines, etc.), storage tanks and pressure vessels (oxygen tanks, air tanks, water/steam tanks, etc.) according to approved inspection and test plans (ITP) are performed. (NDT) includes tensile, bending, notch impact and similar destructive tests (DT) and reporting them in international standards.

Our field destructive/non-destructive inspection and scope generally includes the following methods. Depending on the need, advanced techniques and different technologies (Phased Array, ToFD, etc.) can also be included in the service package.

  • Radiographic examination
  • Ultrasonic inspection
  • Magnetic particle inspection
  • Liquid penetrant inspection
  • Visual inspection (Fiberoscope, Baroscope, videoscope, etc.)
  • Hardness measurement test
  • Positive Material Identification Test (PMI)
  • Vacuum test
  • Leak test etc.
