Our Founder and General Manager Mr. İshak TUFAN was born in Ceyhan in 1954. 1970-1973 Graduated from Ceyhan Industrial Vocational High School. He graduated from Çukurova University Engineering Faculty Mechanical Engineering Department in 1979. After graduation, he worked as an engineer for 6 months in the assembly of Tekfen Toros Fertilizer Ceyhan plants. 1980-1983 He worked as a production workshop chief for 3 years in Mersin, Tarsus Berdan Dam construction facilities. 1983-1984 He worked with Foster Wheeler (US) as a Pipe Installation Engineer for one year during the assembly works of Kahramanmaraş, Elbistan Thermal Power Plant. 1984-1986  Sivas, Suşehri district Yücelen İnşaat A.Ş. He served as Mechanical Equipment Group Chief at Kılıçkaya HEPP facilities. 1986-1997 Adana, DSI Çatalan Dam HEPP Facilities ERG İnşaat Kollektif Şti. He started his duty as Workshop Chief and finished as Mechanical Equipment Group Chief. 1998-2000 After taking part in the design and trial phases of a specially designed aircraft supported by TUBITAK for 2 years in Ankara, PI Makine A.Ş., he left to set up his own business. Between 1999 and 2010, he worked as the General Manager and Chairman of the Board of Directors for 11 years in a joint stock company in which he was a 20% shareholder and founder in Dörtyol/Hatay, leaving his duties and partnership there in September 2010 and became 100% owner in April 2011.
